RAMJACK, a leading distributor of mining technology based in Johannesburg, South Africa, is pleased to announce the recent decision by Debswana to extend their MineHop™ persistent sensor network at the Jwaneng Diamond Mine. After a successful trial period using the MineHop™ network to monitor their vibrating wire piezometer sensors in the pit, the mine is expanding their monitoring program with the addition of 10 MineHop™ wireless RTU nodes.
The deployment is scheduled for October of this year.
