Ramjack Technology Solutions, a specialised system integrator for advanced technologies in the mining industry, announced today that a growing customer base and increase in elaborate digitisation projects has led to further expansion of the team’s capabilities at its flagship operation in Johannesburg. The company has strengthened its Execution Excellence team in Sub-Saharan Africa with the promotion of Hugh Maleka to lead the department.
Effective January 1st, 2023, Hugh Makela has been promoted to Manager of Execution Excellence and will oversee the implementation and support of Ramjack’s integrated solutions for the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Hugh has been appointed to this new role thanks to the exceptional leadership, project management and customer service capabilities he demonstrated during his time overseeing the company’s Remote Operations Centre (rROC). Hugh’s promotion will leverage his rROC experience – and his experience leading projects at mine sites in Africa – to further develop Ramjack’s project management and technical support team in the Sub-Saharan region.
